From time to time, we have to close the school because of severe weather conditions, or because of unsuitable school accommodation, eg. no power/heating.

During the cold weather, the children are welcome to wear additional layers under their school uniform as long as, when they become hot, they take off the underneath layers and keep their school uniform on.
